Will my insurance pay for your services?
This is a very common question. Because every insurance policy is different, it is not possible to give a one-size-fits-all answer to this question. We do have experience in working with the majority of insurance providers operating in the area and we are happy to work with you and your insurance company in order to determine which expenses are covered.

What happens if my insurance company will not cover the damages?
If your insurance company will not cover the charges then you, the home or business owner, will be responsible. We provide many convenient payment options for those who pay out-of-pocket. Speak with our representatives for details.

Can I check with my insurance company before calling you to arrange service?
You can call you insurance company but you should be aware of certain factors:

• If your situation is an emergency, especially in the case of an existing water damage situation, it may not be wise to wait for your insurance company to reply to you before arranging for service. Often times your insurance representative will not be able to tell you 100% that your damage will be covered on your initial call.
• In most insurance binders, the insurer instructs the covered party that it is his or her duty to act quickly and decisively to prevent further damage once the covered damage situation has been discovered. This means that if you were to wait for your insurance company to give you an indication of whether or not damage is covered, you may go into violation of this clause.
• Ultimately, waiting may result in more damage to the property.

What certifications does your company have?
We are California Contractors – State License Board Number 981279. Our company is recognized by the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) to provide services for water damage restoration, odor control, applied structural drying and microbial (mold) remediation, as well as fire and smoke restoration.
